Why our voicebot stack is different

Most "voicebots" are scripted IVR with a thin LLM wrapper. Ours are agentic by design — every conversation is gated by identity, executed deterministically, and audited end-to-end.

Identity-first conversation gating

Phone OTP and KYC verification happen before any agentic action. No information is disclosed and no system is touched until the caller is verified. Token forwarding ensures every downstream call carries identity context.
